Geeze people these days are so soft and companies are so afraid of the cry baby movements its ridiculous. If I owned that company I'd laugh and say what is Twitter and why should I care.
How many companies have you owned that do over $100 million in annual sales and employ hundreds of people? Companies do not grow and expand operations by listening to immature, fake-tough keyboard warriors. They would look at the value he brought to the company, his personnel file, and reviewing other social media posts and determining if he was worth it. In his case, he wasn't worth it.
