the lsu fan wasnt committing a felony which if police werent there they dont have to charge him. sexual assault is a felony, hence the investigation. doubt they charge him tho more or less just to embarass him. The real question is why a 32 year old man would do that. Homosexual tendencies maybe.....

Wonder if it will just be an assault. Pretty hard (no pun intended) to prove sexual gratification by the perp. Otoh, it was an Alabama fan.

My fave:
New Year's Day at 7am I passed a homeless guy standing in front of the Larry Flynt Hustler (with strippers inside, not just toys like the one in Nashville) and he was stroking his rod like mad. I was tempted to pull a typical bammer and start cranking mine next to him on the sidewalk and ask "wanna race?" while maintaining eye contact the whole time. I thought better of it and walked behind him to avoid the inevitable DNA shower. As I passed him he stopped and looked at me. I said "carry on." And he did.

I turn 40 this year and never had a real vacation before. Well, not where I did what I wanted to do, just the inane crap the ex-wife wanted. Plus I got a big bonus from work. So I had a Pigskinpalooza. Even saw an nba game, Hornets vs Nuggets. I figured it was about time I enjoyed my damn life and hauled ass to New Orleans. And I did...with my 23 year old girlfriend.:)

kids being kids - granted it was not classy, but $hit like this goes on all the time in college. Just because the guy was a **ck (and showed it), he probably shouldn't face felony charges over this.

If people can be put on a sex offender list for taking a piss in public, I'm pretty sure whipping it out in public while also intoxicated and proceeding to stick it right in another man's face is worse. Granted, the embarrassment he is facing from this is probably punishment enough, but the law is the law. And I think the difference between the college teabagging is the location, though I do get your point. But one is in a campus dorm party and one is in a public location for everyone.
