Is this company publicly traded? I'll bet every helmet from high school up will have something like this.

Circle Systems (of Easton infamy) has a subsidiary named. Kronos, Inc dba Schutt Sports. I don't see that they are publicly traded unless it it OTC.

It'll be interesting what people's opinions are like when the first top tier football player dies of Covid.
There have been numerous deaths in the recent "protests" at the hands of the "protesters". Where is moral outrage over that? Why haven't you posted about that?

Seniors should stay home.
Have you ever swam at a place that says "Lifeguard not on duty, swim at your own risk"? I think this policy should be how they let people into stadiums. Hopefully by September, the numbers will be so low, that the people arguing for half full stadiums are laughed at and, by then people should understand better how to NOT GET SICK when in crowds.

I don't feel like a senior, but at 63, I get a cheap coffee at Hardees, so there I guess I am. Anyway, I'm fit enough to park downtown Knoxville (because it's free) walk a mile or more to the game, tailgate with my old fraternity buddies, climb to the upper deck - and then the post game tailgate, and the walk back to the car and the drive back home (200 miles each way). Age better not be a filter. And money either.

There isn't a crowd limiting policy they can come up with that won't piss off half the ticket holders. The only fair thing is an empty stadium and if that happens, I am sad that we have become a nation of snowflakes afraid of our shadows. So called experts dictating ridiculous rules.

I was being more facetious than anything with that post. I believe in letting people make up their own mind as regards to what risk they want to take.

My opinion is, if your scared to death of the virus stay home. Its your choice. Only go out when you need to and stay away from others if you do go out.

If you need to get out and work and want to do other things then do it.

If you get sick, stay home and stay away from others.

Essentially, do things the way you should always do them. Practice good hygiene, wash hands, stay safe etc.

If I had all the money in the world and I could afford to just stay home and put life on hold I would...actually I probably wouldn't, but anyway you get the picture. I'm not staying at home and barricading myself in my house for the next 2 years hoping this virus will passes...but something tells me it will be mostly gone by the first week in November.

This thread is insane. So many people giving serious thought and consideration to a fairy tale. This is the flu. Not even a bad flu. It can't be transmitted by asymptomatic people, so no way 100K died from this. No way 10K did. Delete or lock this garbage.

I will preface this by saying I want football. I can’t imagine a fall without it. But it’s going to be interesting to navigate.

The “no lifeguard on duty” is normally at a small, neighborhood, members only type of pools. Many bigger pools or water parks have lifeguards, and liability and numbers play into that.

It’s pretty clear that this virus has been known to spread at large events, especially those with screaming, talking, singing involved. I will be a little surprised if there isn’t some reduction in capacity size or some type of guidelines.

I recently ran with the husband of an infectious disease doctor, and the concern is November with a resurgence of the regular flu along with the coronavirus.

And there is an intelligent assessment, thank you for that.
