She may be a lot of things, but dumb isn't one. I was wrong about her, I thought Pelosi would smack her in the mouth. We should all be very concerned, this woman has the ear of a generation.

She's smart in the same way that Trump (and most politicians) are smart. Not in terms of knowledge or intellect, but in terms of knowing her crowd. It's emotional or charismatic intelligence, and is really dangerous when used by politicians.
