Seems we were in the same stinkin' boat last week.

My wife fed me some soupy, spiced-up black-eyed peas with ham hocks, and cornbread.

She copied some Brotha' she saw makin' this on the food channel...

Just about back to normal methane emission levels now.

I hope she got a better recipe than my wife keeps finding. She's a great cook, but recently she's been on a kick finding what millennials or somebody keep posting on the web ... probably those places that think appearance is more important than taste. When I'm at the store and hunting down weird stuff we never buy, I know something new is coming up ... and generally neither of us really care much for it. I wish she'd just stick to the old tried and true stuff.

Without high jacking the thread to much .. if you want to try something other than just regular pinto or white beans get you some of this and flavor to taste .. you won’t regret it .

Actually think I have some.....I have been on a smoked chicken and turkey kick lately. Wife got me a new Traeger for B-day last year and I'm a smokin' fool now. Alton Brown's brine recipe is perfect.

Wonder if the climate change freaks are working on human gas scrubbers or capturing systems. Just imaging people with exhaust pipes.

We're off on vacation in a couple of weeks. At the bottom of the itinerary there's a section that states according to the ICAO Carbon Emissions Calculator we will be adding 649.69 kg/person. Who comes up with this crap ... like an estimate is accurate to two decimal places???
