Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

Good lowered, so you have a problem with Trump but welcome nasty vile people like Pressley and Omar?

Typical. Still amazes me that the left hates Trump when he acts just like a Democrat.
And it still amazes me that the 36 percenters maintain their blind and rabid support for someone the rest of the world so easily and clearly recognizes as a horrible person and president.

We want exactly the same things. Unfortunately, human failings necessitate government when attempting to accomplish these goals.
I wish we were evolved enough to lessen the necessity, maybe someday.

Is the government comprised of machines?

LOL........Give me a freakin' break. How naive can a person be?
From your last post, very.

I need, food, water, basic shelter, including clothing, and some basis of security. I can provide all of that for myself.

What you are considering a need is actually a want. And you expect the government to provide any need you might want. Worse yet your naivety means you believe that.

That's a normal opinion of the first prez since Reagan that doesn't suck toes clean around the globe.

Trump is a gaslight factory. He wants people to react in an over-exaggerated demo-gauge way. It plays right into the narrative that these people are nuts. It also plays into the narrative that AOC is the true leader. Where was Nancy Pelosi? Why didn't she back them up right away?

I truly wonder if Trump actually believes the **** he says? His policy versus his rhetoric are quite different.

I think of it a lot like what happens on the football field. Make the other team think you are doing one thing while the play is something else altogether. It's not done as often - at least by Republicans - in politics, so it leaves them open to charges of duplicity, etc, but it's a winning strategy. Republicans are prone to blunt force trauma because they stupidly keep trying to run the ball right up the middle ... every time, and they don't have the numbers to make it work (frequently because the party doesn't believe in teamwork to begin with).

Who cares what the rest of the world thinks? Did the world love us during the Clinton years?

From your links re "rest of the world. Everybody?"

U.S. leadership saw an increase in approval of 10 percentage points or more in four nations: Belarus, Israel, Macedonia and Liberia.

The spike in Israeli support, Clifton noted, came before the White House announced its plan to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, a widely popular move in the country. The climb lends credence to Trump’s contention that he has strengthened ties to Israel.

U.S. leadership under Trump also made gains in war-torn Iraq, where views improved by 9 points amid a string of victories against the Islamic State that have vastly reduced its military grasp on the region.

“It’s probably because of our contributions to what’s happening in the defeat of ISIS right now,” Clifton said of the rise in support.

And despite major overall losses in how global residents viewed the U.S. and its leaders, Gallup findings have shown that the U.S. continues to be the most coveted destination for those who say they want to relocate permanently.

LOL...Your naivety is surpassed only by your lack of comprehension. Makes for a good redhatter.
