I’m not wrong. I meet regularly with the THA and I’m well aware of what negative effects Obamacare had on almost every hospital, especially the poorer rural ones.

Sure, that's one situation, but if you read the articles out there and look at the numbers, the ACA helped a lot more rural hospitals than it hurt. Also, the other option was to just let poor people go without health insurance.

My turn “ACA caused many rural hospitals to close but In states that expanded Medicare rural hospitals were 6x less likely to close than hospitals in states that didn’t expand”. So without ACA what’s the likelihood any of them close?

Those hospitals had no choice but to fold into bigger systems.
