Give her credit for this: the language center of her brain is well developed. She is a very articulate moran (moran = VolNation lexicon for moron).

I do wonder, however, what percentage of "menstruating persons" can be classified as non-female, using the traditional biological method of classifying those who menstruate? 🤣

I share very few of AOC’s political views, but she’s right on this issue. When a person is a congressman or Senator they should be referred to as such. Calling a 31 yo Congress woman “young lady” is patronizing. Maybe Manchin was intentionally trying to patronize her but I think our Representatives set a much better example when they treat one another with respect even on topics of disagreement. JMO

Love or hate her politics, she's right. If she called Joe Manchin, Schumer, Biden, or Trump, "Old Man," she'd be pilloried.

To me, the position she was elected to deserves respect regardless of the person in the position. Our elected leaders compromise their ability to lead when they venture from the issues to make personal insults. It was by far the biggest shortcoming of our prior POTUS. So many others have started down the same path to the embarrassment of our nation. Again JMO

Her position lost any deserved respect when she said they were in charge, and make the rules, like we don't matter. Jmo, but respect for any position is earned, not just given. I get what you're saying, but many of those yahoos on both sides don't deserve respect.

Yeah, she made a fool out of herself being there ... people were laughing at her & not w/her.
She's at a Gala put on by RICH PEOPLE and this doofus wears a dress saying "Tax the Rich".
She has about 2 active brain cells left that may work correctly at times ... but this wasn't one of those.

Appears some of the richest men in America think they need to pay more taxes. Her view on the topic is worthy of debate. Her wearing a billboard in public diminishes the respect for her office which she appears to want from Manchin. Elected officials conducting themselves with class appears to no longer be encouraged by the party leadership which hurts our country IMHO. We need civil servants to conduct themselves with dignity setting the example for the citizens. Once again JMO
