.

Yes, the Dems were stupid not to push her to resign. Very foolish, but let's not conflate that mistake with right-wing corruption on SCOTUS. And let's not forget that McConnell screwed Obama out of a SCOTUS pick.
Did he screw Obama or play the game? Considering how Garland is struggling to do his job now with DOJ corruption it was a nice play by Mitch.

Uh, she's not an arrogant putz.
Lordy the completely idiotic BS and inane ramblings you post are just a breath of fresh air. Please post more because I always feel much smarter and better about myself after I read your completely idiotic and ridiculous hot takes on pretty much every topic you respond on 😂

Screwed out of a confirmation hearing and vote, which Garland should have got.

Do you think he would have been confirmed in the full Senate vote?

I was hoping someone else would mention it. Congress has the ultimate regulatory ability over SCOTUS. It's called impeachment. And it is granted to Congress by the Constitution.

Congress may have a bit to do with SC salaries, too. Haven't looked that up, but it seems that the House controls the budget. You know a fun war between the branches of the federal government could be entertaining.

Say what you want about her, she's right in this case. Rules for thee and not for me.

Oh come on man , that’s the biggest “pot meet kettle “ thing ever . There’s not another group of people in this country that your statement applies to more than congress. They routinely become multimillionaires from the use of the “ Rules for thee but not for me “ program .

Allows insider trading among her colleagues but proceeds to use phrase “in fact” to drive home her stance on the Supreme Court.
