I have an extensive pet grave yard in the back. They are all entombed in concrete.
Myke was the first cremation for us.
Mine wants another dog at times, but after a couple years has still held to her oath to never have another. We had 6. At one point, 5 exsited for a time simultaneously.
Baci - Full blooded Catahoula Leopard. Mine was Chocolate/tan with black spots with one yellow and one blue cracked marble eye.. They are quite varied. My personal favorite dog of all breeds. Breeders are very peculiar and protective of the three bloodlines, and do not puppy mill them. All litters are fine specimens of the breed.
Rocky - A mix best predicted by the vet to maybe be Lab/Weimeranian. Though he was solid medium dark gray with one white spot on his chest. Was not near as blocky all over as a true Lab. Inherited from her eldest son.
Gizmo - A short harired Chihuahua. A gift from her eldest son to replace the long haired one I bought her that got ran over by a deputy.
Midnite - A solid black medium sized/medium hair length mut. Beautiful dog. also inherited from her eldest. He got it at the shelter and thought it was going to be a bird dog. lol.
Belle - A brindled pit mix was was a sweetheart lap dog. Unless Midnite tried to steal her pork chop.
Baci and Rocky died in GA. The other 3 came to TN with us and died here. My wife mourns the same for her dogs as she does family members. Hence swearing them off after the last one.
I've not been that attentive to the remains of the cats. They typically just go over the bluff when no one is looking. But, none of htem have been endeared house pets. The 4 outside now have no names. I made up names like Girl Cat 1 for the Vets paperwork when i had them fixed.
