He asked Boyd if he thought Kiffin made a mistake and then asked if he was ready to commit. Boyd didn't really respond to the first and said he will commit before NSD.

Boyd looked good enough to me. He was awarded the game MVP along with Bryce Brown.

All this talk about Kiffin missing it on Boyd is a little premature. He may be really good or he could not. Those defenses are not allowed to blitz or do anything else complicated so let's slow down on that talk. After looking at the USC roster for the past 7-8 yrs that Kiffin and Orgeron helped assemble I will defer to them for evaluations of talent. Whether people on here like it or not, they do know a little more than we do about football and talent.

Couldn't agree more...

I was looking at the tigerdrippings page and someone on there actually said Kiffin was a racist and didn't take Boyd because he's black..... Can you believe that... What a moron...

What can you expect from Tigerdroppings. Funny how he is a racist though and ended up with Jamarcus Russell at the raiders. Of course he may not have wanted him which would further aggravate tiger fans

Too funny LA, that was his statement. He said and I quote, "Nope, just a racist. He didn't want JR in Oakland and now he doesn't want Boyd in Tennessee"
