Iraq prepares to close down US-led coalition's mission - PM

Sudani's statement came a day after a U.S. strike killed a militia leader in Baghdad, prompting anger among Iran-aligned groups which demanded the government end the presence of the coalition in Iraq.

"Government is setting the date for the start of the bilateral committee to put arrangements to end the presence of the international coalition forces in Iraq permanently," a statement from the prime minister's office said.

The average America, "well, our foreign policy failed again". In reality it was a huge success as it fulfilled the 3-Ds of our foreign policy goals..Destabilization, Death and Destruction.

Whatever happened to those plans of breaking up Iraq into 3-5 different regions, including a Kurdish state? What happened to the US rebuilding Iraq?

Its like the only stated objective we achieved was overthrowing Saddam.

So the Iranians are likely targeting the operatives that were responsible for the bombing in Iran a week or so ago. Looks like the US and Mossad trained these guys and dropped them off in Afghanistan.
