stopped drinking diet and caffeine free cokes and switched to Arnold Palmers instead. Knocked a few quick ones off.

Then I beef up on weekends and will gain anywhere from 2-5 lbs. Monday, tues, wed, I'll take hydroxycut, drink water and eat salads or not much of anything and lose it back.

Dropped 30 lbs with P90X over last year. Now training for a half marathon in June, so running 4 days a week and have dropped another 10 lbs. I count calories.

I cut out diet cokes too. I cut out all carbonated stuff, including beer. Water, skim milk, and red wine is about it now.

Following principles of South Beach Diet. Exercise is cardio one day, strength training the next. Cardio is usually the treadmill or a Turbo Fire workout. Strength training is one of Jari Love's workouts.

Water and skim milk is it for me too...occasional wine and mixed drinks.

My biggest thing to help me lose all the weight I did was cutting.out fast food, been without for a little over 2 years.

We just joined a gym 3 minutes away, but during spring and summer we hike every weekend, unless there is bad weather or we are out of town

Cardio is tough for me because my right leg is pretty much worthless from 7 knee surgeries and an achilles. Going to try and swim more this year.

I'd like to be a runner. But frankly, I just don't like to run. There is a very limited window of when I can do anything physical outside. Too cold and my skin and bones aches. Too hot and I feel sick and lethargic. Inside works way WAY better for me.

I run on my treadmill some though. But I usually jump off and free style when the music gets to me.

Lift weights 5-6 days a week.

In the Cabinet
Fish Oil (2 a day)
Men's Multi Vitamin (1 a day)
Apple Cider Vinegar (3 doses daily)
Biotin (1 a day)
Vitamin C (1 a day)
Glucosamine (2 a day)
Milk Thistle (4 a day)

Usually 2 frozen protein fruit smoothies. Try to stay away from fried food and cheese.

A drink several Cherry Coke Zeros a day along with a 5 hour energy (or 2) which I'm guessing maybe a caffeine overload but I'll cut back eventually. Family owns a pharmacy so I get great deals on the vitamins or I probably wouldn't be taking all of them.

I do a hybrid workout of P90X, P90X2, and Insanity:Asylum. I also get in at least 3 runs a week...one long, two short.

I take a multi and fish oil, and count calories. I currently sit at about 2000 cals a day. I'm about 205 now, and would like to lean out to around 195ish.

I try to stick to a plant based whole food diet. It's hard sometimes because you have to cook so much and some days its so much easier to order take out. I cheat with sushi on occasion and try to limit my dairy to no more than 1-2 servings per week at most.

Really need to exercise more. I've done p90x twice over the last 3 years but then I fall off the wagon. More recently I did the first month of insanity but had a rough week time wise and got off course. I really enjoy working out but if I don't get up and do it early in the day I just don't have time.

Breakfast was protein powder in skim milk and water. Didn't have time to do anything else. I really do try to do better on strength training days. Those pre-made shakes are really tempting if you're crunched for time. But it's a bad habit to get in to imo.

Raw? I try to drinnk some most nights if I remember. It's some strong stuff. I keep it in the fridge. It's not as bad cold. Supposed to be 2 tablespoons but I don't measure. I just turn the bottle up adn take a swig.

I plan on getting back into the workout routine starting next week. Most likely will start out with some slow jogs and add in pushups, pullups, dips, and abs.

Apple cider vinegar does what for you?

I have a glass or two of red wine most nights. Used to work with a guy who was really knowledgeable about the research that had been done on the heart health benefits of red wine. Pretty interesting stuff.

I hope to be back in good enough shape to do a sprint tri or 2 next year and a 10k in under an hr. All depends on my feet. I love biking, running, and swimming.
