just did 4 sets of 40 pushups and you would think that I just did the hardest workout ever. More pump than the bench for me

I don't buy into the apple cider vinegar propaganda.

I wouldn't say that I "buy into it". I don't think it can hurt you though. It's not a must ahve every night, jsut when I think about it. It's not like it's $20 a bottle and you go through 1 a month. I buy a bottle every other month or so and is't only $5(or less) a bottle. I started drinking it at night because my dr said it might help with my triglycerides/cholerstrol issues.

My problem is dinner. I do my 5-6 meals a day but I can never come up with a good healthy dinner idea.

Same here. I usually end up eating the same things over and over. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But it just gets boring. Plus, the rest of my family wants "real" food. lol
