All things STOCKS

GNBT will recieve pre-clinical data this coming week confirming whether its Covid vaccine provides long term immunity. This stock is priced at 43 cents. Has the same potential CYDY had in October of 2019 trading at 40 cents now $6 plus. Generex has a deal with a partner in Malaysia to pay all costs assocted with developing the vaccine in the US. They also have signed agreements with Chinese partners and have already rec'd $3.1 million in funding with an additional $3 million expected in the coming weeks. They plan on filing IND application with the FDA as soon they get the results in to start what will be about a month long Phase1/Phase2 concurrent trials. Everything is planned out already from sites picked for trials all the way through distribution. Also the have an IPO about to happen with a spun off company NGIO which should ad significant value to GNBT as the parent company. Wesite for GNBT: NEWS Website for NGIO: NEWS

Why isn’t LTC listed in Charles Schwab? The only LTC I see is LTC Properties.

I’m looking for good long term investments. Right now I’m in on Zillow and I’m intrigued by FCEL, NIO and even MSFT.

LOL. I am a doc and in fact I post on a few and moderate one of the Generex Biotechnology finance message boards under the alias docj.

Let me know what biopharms to get in early on, for real. We could’ve all been millionaires had someone dropped OCGN knowledge and we had strong hands.

OCGN was mentioned here. If someone had mentioned the ocgn covid deal it would almost certainly have been inappropriate. As far as I know their negotiations with Bahart were private.
My favorite way to make money. In early December I bought ocgn for $.32. A week or so later the bahart deal was announced.
I sold half around $2 and the other half between $12-14. The most money I've ever made percentage wise.
Just dumb luck.

I didn't get into the details of your post about Generex and Nugenerex. Are they related? You like one more than the other?

NGIO was recently spun off GNBT. NGIO has an app completed with the NAZ for listing via an Initial Public Offering. Dawson James is the investment banker. The initial appraised value of NGIO is OVER $500 million. Generex the parent company, holds 64% and comon shareholders of Generex stock own 36%. Not sure when it will be listed but 1-2 months is possible. Who knows what the final IPO share structure will be. Anyway, you have Generex trading at .42 with a market cap of $46 million owning an asset worth at least $320 million. This coming week GNBT/NGIO will have immunogenicity data indicating whether their covid "Complete Vaccine" provides long term immunity, something no other vaccine probably exhibits. We are talking possibly multiyear protection. They will start trials, once they get FDA IND approval, on infants, kids, eldery, various adult age groupings, healthcare workers and auto immune compromised. They have already proven safety with a 10 year breast cancer study with no severe adverse side effects and most of the women in the treatment arm surviving after 10 years and the placebo group all having died. It is worthy of adding to your watchlist and doing some DD. High risk high reward but it isn't your average OTC penny stock. Check out the BOD's and the scientific advisory boards.

I think I had 15k shares and just got tired of the little popsand pullbacks to .28. It definitely ripped, though.

Yep, and if they hadn't announced the covid vaccine deal it would likely still be trading in the .28-.32 range, and I would likely be out with a loss or small gain. Just dumb luck.

Hope you guys have better luck reading it than I did. I’m mostly out of the SPAC game now. It’s incredible low risk if you catch them early, but it’s just so much dead time that your money sits around. I’ve found that most of them dip pretty heavily after the initial pop for DA and merger vote news anyways.

Looking like another green day. I got some GNBT so here's hoping they show me the money. PDAC (post above) is not ridiculously up today. It was at 9:30 but moderated quite a bit.

Anyone have suggestions on the best trading app?

i don’t really separate the apps from the companies.
I always recommend the ones that have been around a while. Schwab and TD Ameritrade (now both the same company... Charles Schwab) or eTrade (now owned by Morgan Stanley). Fidelity and Merrill Lynch (Bank of America) should be solid. Interactive Brokers has good interest rates for leveraging and what they pay on uninvested cash.

RobinHood and WeBull are the new kids on the block. I wouldn’t rely on them when markets get wonky. I just don’t trust them to not have massive screw ups.

Morgan-Stanley is a solid financial institution with a long track record. They will stand behind eTrade. It will be interesting to see how they combine their platforms. Morgan-Stanley’s is kind of primitive and clunky. They bought eTrade for their platform (and the customer list). Morgan-Stanley is focused on wealth management. Locally they have the high dollar clientele. MS will push their high fee products like annuities.

Schwab has a lot of very efficient ETFs and a local office on Parkside Drive.
