If I'm pulling for Utah to beat Alabama? I know I am supposed to go for the "conference" and I will, just not Bama. I could honestly care less that they represent the SEC, I will NEVER wish Alabama the best.

Nah .. not necessarily a bad person.. :) I do hope bama wins but I know pulling for them or not wont change the outcome. I dont know but I would think bama will run all over Utah.

I hope not because I will pull against Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. I'm glad UT is in the SEC and will pull for the SEC more times than not but I will never pull for the aforementioned teams, ever.

If Alabama is playin the Taliban...I'm rooting for the Taliban.

They are the only SEC team I root will root against when they are playing a non-conference opponent.

I really don't care about conference pride in a season where UT failed to make a bowl. I hope UF wins, because that was my preseason pick, but I hope Utah beats Bama.

I look at it this way, if they lose I get to make fun of them for an entire year about losing to a "mid-major" and if they win I can tell everyone that if you're not in the SEC you're not worth s**t.

Nope. I hope Utah beats Alabama, a) because it's Bama and b) to give Utah's undefeated record some credibility. I'm not saying they should be in the BCS Championship but if they beat Alabama and end up 13-0, that's pretty impressive.

I would love nothing more than to see both Alabama and Florida lose their games.

Because I live in bama territory they are the only SEC team I can't pull for almost ever. I'm sure if I lived in Florida I'd feel that way about Gators.

I want the SEC teams to do well in the bowls every year but having to put up with all the verbal diarrhea from bammer's who think they are God's gift to college football is way too much to take.

I will be pulling for Bama. One of my friends here has been going on and on and on about how pathetic the SEC is. I really set him off when I told him Tennessee would drag Colorado up and down the field. He has now been repeating to me, over and over, that Utah will beat Bama by at least 10 points.

I hate the Tahd, but I hate people talking down to our conference even more.

I think most of us will root for the SEC in all games. But, if the Bammers or Gators lose. We will laugh about it. Where we are more likely to be disappointed to see other SEC teams lose. I think Bama will smash Utah.

No. Although I don't believe it will happen, it would be kind of nice. The thing that gets me the most about Alabama fans (besides being the most delusional people I've ever encountered) is how they slink off to to a reclusive hole when they suck and then spring out mouthing off to everyone when they are finally relevant for the first time in 15 or 20 years. I remember in 2005 while I was still working as a server going to UTC (I think it was 05) when they started the season strong. Up to this point I hadn't seen so much as an Alabama hat in 4 years. Then all of a sudden the toothless drunks were frequenting my restaurant every weekend decked from head to toe in AL gear getting rowdy, talking trash to everyone (including the restaurant employees), and starting fights with other customers like they were Gods. It just makes me nauseous to think of the next few years before Saban hangs them out to dry.

I want Alabama, Florida and Georgia to lose in everything they do at all times. I want all games between those schools to be 0-0 ties in the mud.I want every NFL player from those schools to fail miserably. I want Chris Dimarco to miss the cut in every PGA tournament he plays. Always have, always will.

I despise bammers more than any other. It would make this season less of a nightmare if they lost to Utah.
I don't know how to feel about Florida, I guess I don't really care.
Buttsniffers? Who are they playing? They have been sorta forgotten about since they lost to Tech.

I will root for all SEC teams.....with the exception of Bama. So no, you're not a bad person!

I have to agree. I root for any and all SEC teams except the myth of their own imagination, Alabama football. They are the most over rated program in NCAA history. They compare themselves to ND, USC, OU, Michigan, Ohio State, and Texas. Those programs ran clean programs while Bama was cheating during their best eras.
