Amanda Knox

This is a picture of the bidet with Meredith's blood and Knox's DNA mixed.

Knox's DNA...was in her own toilet?...stop the presses!...Sand found the stinking murderer!

Here is Sollecito footprint overlayed on Guede's shoe. Notice the shoe prints are much larger than Sollecito's foot.

I guess that "quit posting" thing didn't take?

Use some logic genius. Knox's DNA and Kercher's were the only DNA found in the mixed samples.

We have the OJ jury here. "If it doesn't fit you must acquit." A lot of intelligent thought and introspection. No wonder ESPN thinks Tennessee is the land of trailer parks.

Do you have any suggestions on American forensics fiction I can read up on?...since I'll never be luded up enough to enjoy the Massei Report...maybe if I play Pink Floyd's The Wall in the background?

I'm in Texas professor...we convict and execute criminals ASSEMBLY LINE STYLE here...she wouldn't have been convicted the first time with the crime scene mash you've been crowing about...in the Lone Star State :salute:

It's easy to lob grenades from your foxhole. You just scrunch down, pull the pen, and throw. You can't win a lot of battles that way.

I think Knox is guilty and that girl died because the sex the three were having got too rough. She IMO is guilty of Manslaughter.

Yes all the Texas jury would have had to do was ignore all the evidence against her.

That is one of the ironies of the case. The Italian system is very lenient on youthful offenders. That is why she only got 24 years for capital murder. Many lawyers have said if she just pleaded it was an egregious sex game gone wrong and no initial intention to murder (manslaughter) she would have only gotten a few years in their lenient system and probably be out already.

P.S.-Guede fast tracked his case and got a reduced sentence. But he never admitted participating in the murder. If he had only told what happened then he would have gotten a much lower sentence. If you want to murder someone Italy is the place to do it. Even though you'll probably be caught because they have excellent investigators if you plead guilty and plausible no premeditated intent you'll just serve a few years.

That's exactly what a Lawyer would have said had the trial been in the USA.:good!:

Nothing to ignore in this case...a real grand jury would no bill this mess. :disappointed:

True but don't need much against this street lawyer jive you're peddling :bs:

Lucky for the Kercher family the case wasn't tried in Texas huh?

Maybe if you came across more like here is what I think and why rather than a pompous know it all who has to come in to educate the unwashed masses on the only correct way to view the case your arguments might gain more traction
