Amanda Knox

I provided the link. Spelled out plain as day...and you admit that Guede killed her...and SEXUALLY VIOLATED her...why do you want her in jail for longer than that animal? Simple...you hate women...you only like their logos.

So, again you are 100% convinced only Guede killed her? Why?

Why do you think Guede needed help sexually assaulting and brutalizing 108 pound Kercher? Other than a trace of Sollecito's DNA found on the metal clasp of Kercher's bra that laid on a contaminated floor for 47 days , EVERY BIT of DNA found mixed with Kercher's was Guede's...he had burglarized houses in the area right before the crime and didn't even try to implicate Knox and Sollecito at first...only after the clown prosecutor offered him a sweet deal. And the star witness was a homeless heroin addict who thought it was Halloween because he was chasing the dragon...and the clown prosecutor had to cherry pick ONE of his bumbling accounts to support their bizarre witch hunt. The prosecutor is a weird repressed sexual pervert who has an axe to grind with women...I'm sure he welcomes your fandom...so yeah...Guede raped and murdered Kercher very easily all by himself and was practically rewarded for it.

I thought the whole assumption was that the US wouldn't send her, regardless of the Italian court's ruling

Even if the ruling in March goes against her, all appeals have to be exhausted before Italy could request her extradition...then it'll get shot down at some point in our court system when they realize it's double jeopardy.

How do you know all this information about the crime? The physical evidence? etc?

We have an extradition treaty with Italy. There really isn't any kind of appeals process. Her lawyers might try to rile up public opinion to see if that has any sway but she will go before an extradition judge. The only grounds for hindering the process is if something didn't conform to the treaty. The Italians will have their ducks in a row. There is very little precedence to stop the extradition if Italy chooses to do so. Just think, the USA is going to risk their treaty with Italy for this one person when the US extradites more people than any country in the world?

If the USA somehow denies this extradition then in the future if you want to commit murder just escape to Italy. You will be home free.

I supplied the link ...it's common knowledge for those that want to open their eyes and look at the actual facts. It's why the sham was overturned by the level headed appellate...there was no case against anyone but Guede... DNA don't lie, and his was all over her and inside her. You fell for that clown prosecutor's Mein Kampf...someone that portrays themselves as a champion of women and you failed an easy case of displaying that.

We overturn a verdict and there's no evidence against a defendant like this? They can run to Mother Russia...no one will chase them.

There are 23 Americans...22 CIA and 1 AF that were convicted in absentia in an Italian court for kidnapping Abu Omar (a Jihadi cleric) from Milan...all given 5-9 years and fined 1 million ...all happily living in the good old U.S. Also we did grant extradition for an Italian woman who was serving time for domestic terrorism to Italy under the condition that she serve her full sentence in her home country...they promptly freed her. I don't think it will be an untoward line in the sand for our government to protect it's own citizen from a sham prosecution.

Well, you aren't really comparing apples to apples with your above examples.

I know you supplied the link but where did that information come from? Where did that site get its information about the case?

It is somewhat funny you state that DNA don't lie but the only weapon ever found that was compatible with Kercher's wounds was a knife that had Knox's DNA on the handle and Kercher's DNA on the blade.

There are many countries she can go to that don't have an extradition treaty with Italy. She should head to one of them.

The world? Hell just Wikipedia it and you'll find a less biased more credible compilation of facts than that self serving report commissioned by that buffoon prosecutor you worship...any articles from USA Today, AP, Newsweek...etc...you look at the FACTS and not your slanted resource and you apologize to Ms Knox for stealing four years of her life because elderly Italian men got hot and slathered over an Italian TV movie which played hot and loose with the truth.

Bull dude...the only DNA found (other than Guede's) was Sollecito's on the bra clasp (but nowhere else on the bra) the knife that they tried to say was Sollecito's wasn't even THE MURDER WEAPON...the appellate court already laughed all that fiction out of court...stick to true murder comic books.

You're real confident we'll lay on our back and hope Italy rubs our belly over any extradition request...Those are just two examples of why they won't.

It is kind of funny you focus on the prosecutor because it is apparent you don't really understand the Italian judicial system. He was a pretty minor character in the trial which was mostly led by the Judge Micheli. The prosecutor's role is to gather and present the evidence. The judges do most of the questioning and reach the conclusions independently. The prosecutors aren't trying to put two and two together for a jury. There is no jury. Also, the same team of police officers and crime scene investigators and lab technicians , etc. investigated Guede, Knox, and Solecito all together and the crime scene. There wasn't two separate investigating teams.

I don't think it will be in our interest to miscarry justice.

Too late for that...the Italian justice system already stole four years of her life...I agree that they'll prevent the FURTHER miscarriage of justice that Italy seeks. :)
