Amanda Knox

I didn't assume. I read the case files and saw the evidence and looked at the facts. Then it is as easy as putting two and two together. Just list the actual facts of the case. It will really help you. Police planting evidence isn't a fact.

In a criminal case, "facts" are always in question. Interpretation of the evidence is always up for debate. You have this bulldog belief that investigators are always right, but sometimes, they get it wrong. In the case being discussed, I don't know the answer, but I really doubt you do either. Were you present for the discovery of said evidence? Did you have a hand in collecting it? So you've read the case files, reports put together by detectives that felt they had their man. That doesn't make you an expert. You go over the top. Find a new troll.

The only problem with the case is Dassey should get a new trial because of his first lawyer's almost criminally negligent and incompetent counsel. However, he'll be convicted again on his retrial. Any of Dassey's confessions that involved Kelly should be thrown out. But, Kelly did know that Dassey was involved but he worked for Dassey.

And he looked like Ned Flanders and you just can't trust an attorney that looks like that

What the heck are you talking about? The evidence the police collected are facts in the case. The DNA on the key, on the bullet, on the car, in the fire pit, phone records, expert FBI testimony are evidence and facts in the case. Police planting evidence isn't a fact. It is an allegation and innuendo by the defendant's lawyers and supported by their willing accomplices doing the documentary because they had absolutely nothing else other than to cop a plea or plead guilty. The case was a slam dunk.

I'm the guilty party. I saw this pic of her and her dbag boyfriend yesterday and I remembered the discussions of how hot she was in this thread.

No politics intended. Just befuddlement at the choices that some girls make.

Begs the question, is she preggers yet?

Around the time the Italian Supreme Court ruled for her, she was engaged to some musician...looked a little off. Don't know THIS off...but off.

She's not hot though.
