Amanda Knox

And we're kidding ourselves if we think there aren't countless other cases like Avery's that were botched.

Botched? So now you think Avery was innocent just like Amanda? Wrongfully convicted huh by a corrupt police? Is anyone ever guilty in your opinion?

The only problem with the case is Dassey should get a new trial because of his first lawyer's almost criminally negligent and incompetent counsel. However, he'll be convicted again on his retrial. Any of Dassey's confessions that involved Kelly should be thrown out. But, Kelly did know that Dassey was involved but he worked for Dassey.

The only thing different about the Avery case is the Wisconsin courts aren't going to succumb to gullible American public pressure like the Italians did. The Italian public is so much more intelligent than the American public.

Now that is funny...:eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol:

Police don't convict, you stooge. However, it is beyond reasonable to assume the police framed Avery for the murder. I'm not sure Avery is innocent, but (having the knowledge that police planted evidence) I don't see one piece of damming evidence that proves Avery did it. There is at least reasonable doubt in my mind. After finding put police planted evidence, it taints the perception of any other evidence taken in.

Haven't finished the documentary but your rubber stamping of bad procedure and questionable investigations is not surprising...considering what thread you're on. :) You will admit he was innocent the FIRST TIME tho?

Is anyone NOT in yours? Other than Rudy Guede of course. :)

I'd hate for you to be on a jury of someone I knew who had been murdered. Short of a video recording the crime, a written confession, prosecution testimony from Dr. Henry Lee, and the defendant testifying that he did it you'd see no damning evidence of a crime being committed.

Stooge? Do you realize that unreasonable and beyond reasonable have the same meaning? Dolt.

Finding keys in the middle of the living room after a week is suspicious. That the "here they are" guy had just been deposed in a lawsuit by the suspect is BEYOND suspicious. They planted evidence...they might have planted it on a guilty person but considering their previous miscarriage of justice that cost him 18 years, you'd have to be brain dead to overlook this. The coerced "confession" x2 and the compromised blood vial? Not fantasy misconduct.

If there was proof of police planting evidence, you can bet your ass I would call that reasonable doubt. Sorry you just assume everybody is guilty without so much as a shred of reliable evidence.

I didn't assume. I read the case files and saw the evidence and looked at the facts. Then it is as easy as putting two and two together. Just list the actual facts of the case. It will really help you. Police planting evidence isn't a fact.

He starts railing about "facts" of a case and the extensive research he's conducted, and you know you're in for this thread rehashed and his fine work on Jon Benet Ramsey. :pinch: Police NEVER try to stack the deck to get the perp they think is guilty. :loco:

It will be interesting to hear what Rudy Guede has to say when he talks for the first time on Italian television about the Kerchner case on Thursday night.

Probably something to the effect that they framed him and planted his DNA in her...you know...things evil raping murderers say?
