Makati or the Fort.

Business license is in prep right now and we are working with a realtor.

I am hoping to get this done by August though so I can shut down operations before the 4th quarter.

Nice, I'm jealous as I would love to go back. We did have a few rpg rounds and grenades tossed our way when I was at Fort Bonifacio and up at Clark, but no big deal. I absolutely loved it there. Best of luck.

Fall? No.

Continue to decline? TBD.

Yeah, I don't think the country's going to break up into separate states or anything.

I do think we'll eventually end up in a position where we're like countries like the United Kingdom or France, where we still have quite a say in things going on (& have nukes) but we don't have the main/controlling say the country previously had anymore

...but more due to just time having passed and if anything the way the economy blew up in 2007/2008 (depression) than anything else

Exactly, nothing wrong with not being the biggest power any more. We will still have influence across the world. The question is who will take up the role? China and India and Brazil look to be the powers competing for it.

People were asking the same thing and giving answers that were just as pessimistic in 2002, 1992, 1982, 1972, 1962, 1952, 1942, 1932, 1922, 1912, 1902, 1892, 1882, 1872, 1862, 1852, 1842, 1832, 1822, 1812, 1802, 1792, and 1782.

Yet after all these years, people are just as alarmist and overreactive as they have ever been.

The government will fall. It always does, and it always will. Egypt, Greece, China, Mughal Empire, the Monarchy, and Rome says hi.

No, it's false.

Really? If a police officer tells me, in public, to stop and speak to that officer, and I continue to walk away, without saying anything, what response does the officer, legally, have available in most municipalities and states?

The officer can physically block my way; the officer can demand that I hand over identification; if I refuse to hand over identification, the officer can detain me simply in order to verify my identify; yet, the officer can even admit that prior to his request that I stop moving and speak with the officer, I had done nothing wrong. Hence, it is a crime not to cooperate with the state when the state requests your cooperation. That is certainly not a libertarian society. The only place that my liberty is respected by the state to such a degree (whether one views that as high or low) that they must prove probable cause before interfering with my life and stealing my time is my own private property.
