Taped the results last night and watched this morning. I'm beyond pissed. I'm probably through watching now. I didn't expect her to win it, but ninth. Give me a freakin break. American Idol can go straight to hell.

Why people get mad when someone gets booted from Idol amazes me. There is only one winner.

If they are good enough they will get a record contract anyway, being mad over silly stuff is just plain silly.

She's out because teeny girls have turned into a competition for who they think the cutest guy is. It's a singing competition. Nobody in their right mind can say that Pia deserved to be eliminated before that rose jacket wearing imbecile. I can sing better than that fool.

Um, have you seen the male contestants? I don't wanna be mean, but I don't see any of them falling into that category. Stefano is the closest to a cute guy they have.

Not exactly the type of thing I pay attention to. I just think it's funny that all of the eliminations so far have been female. the lone male gets saved, and will probably be in the top 5.

I take a little comfort if the fact that this is the same point that Jennifer Hudson was eliminated, and she is a huge star now.She will be way more successful than whoever ends up winning the whole thing. It just sucks that I won't get any new Pia performances till her CD comes out. America eliminated the most amazing singer in AI history.

Pia signed a deal with Interscope and Jimmy Iovine in less than 24 hours, and is already in the studio recording her first CD. America did Pia a favor. I'm hoping that she will have a single out in time for the tour. She is going to be a HUGE star within a couple of years.
