IDK if anyone has been watching the Spartan competition that was coming on after ANW, but next week Kevin Bull and Lance Pekus have a team on it.

4 women through in Philly, pretty impressive. The rolling wheel thingy easily the most challenging single obstacle I can remember. ANW v Olympics, the ratings battle to commence in the next couple of weeks.

Had a guy i went to college with compete in Philly. They didn't show his run. He went off on the paddle boards. he trained massively for strength and it was the agility that got him he said.

he was the guy they showed cheering on the old guy

Seemed like people gave up on that one obstacle once they realized that's as far as they had to go to get through. It definitely got Flip and Bull pretty bad. Rock climbers still seem to have the edge... and Graff. She's put herself ahead of most of the men with that showing last night.

She set the bar to a new height in the semi finals for women.

How about that rookie pro climber being the only finisher?! That course trounced even the likes of Kevin Bull.

I think the obstacle is made for light people. You have to get enough momentum to make the swing, but if you are heavy, your momentum will pull the bar right off the wedge before you attempt your dismount.

I haven't had a chance to watch the LA finals yet but how did our Vol Ninja (Grant) do?
