At the root of the term "healthcare" is the people that provide it. That would be doctors and nurses. This country churns out , in high quantities, some of the best in the world. You and @OHvol40 can flail around as usual with tweets or out of context stats, like the kind that led him to believe covid had a 7% fatality rate. But at the end of the day there are few, if any, healthcare systems you want to find yourself in outside of the US.

Here's a fact... If anyone in my family is sick and need antibiotics, I can call the doctor and be seen in a couple days. If you're in ANY of these "free healthcare" systems, you're on a 3 week (at best) waiting list.

Insurance like every other adult in America that desires it? My wife has employer based insurance was diagnosed with sarcoma and accrued over a million dollars in care costs. There are very few medical procedures that are more expensive with the exception of extended care like a nursing home but you aren’t referring to that type of care. Was it difficult to pay at times? Yes, but very doable and she received the best care possible at MD Anderson and we don’t live in Texas so I am not sure what procedures you are referring to or what individuals cannot get insurance that choose to?

He's referring to the malcontents that wouldn't go thru the simple steps to get "free" healthcare anyway, which defeats the point his emotional mind is trying to make

Not what I said at all. I'm saying that our healthcare is superior to every other country in the world. The reason it is is because of profit, when you take the profit out of it it will be mediocre.

Now, hog, you know libs can't wrap their heads around the one worldwide successful business model. The one thing that even communist countries have finally figured out is that if you actually let someone profit from his work, he will work; and they will work harder to be successful when in competition.
