Oh, that's right: their universal, government ran, single payer system leads to significant delays in access to quality care. Similar situations regarding lengthy delays basically everywhere that has adopted a universal care system.

Canada's social programs are 95% maybe 5% military. They spend all their money on Healthcare since they dont need a military

I have no idea what the GOP plan is. You were arguing the merits of the ACA. I am stating it is junk for over 90% of the country. Maybe it would have been simpler to have a government subsidized plan for those with pre-existing conditions, once again offer catastrophic ins, and repeal the law that requires hospitals to admit those without insurance. I do know one thing for sure, what we have now is crap. Coverages are worse, deductibles are higher, and premiums are higher. How is that a win for the people?
