Anarchy In Portland

  • He has a job selling snowboards and skis and previously promoted a CBD oil brand online
  • Police in Portland have been heavily criticized for their response to the chaos - which is now nearing its 100th night
  • Reinoehl, according to his family, is 'impulsive'; they recently suspected him of stealing his mother's seizure medication
  • He has a long arrest record including charges like driving while on drugs and illegal possession of a gun
LMAO i am shocked

I agree that these local civic leaders are not doing enough to emphasize that laws will be enforced. A show of police force is necessary to stop people from using events of social protest as an excuse to steal and vandalize property. In Seattle and Portland, these mayors have fallen short of their civic duty.

Yeah, but those cops might shoot somebody, and that somebody might be black. And isn't that where this started. Sounds like somebody forgot you have to break some eggs when making an omelette. The reality is that this is simply about anarchy intended to bring down a democratic way of life, and racial tensions are as good a starter as anything. Divisiveness of any sort is what is needed to start the "class" warfare necessary to gut civil order and leave a vacuum for regime change.

I often like to equate real life to sports. How many times have we seen in sports when you allow an undermanned adversary to stay in the fight then you eventually find yourself in a fight?

The looting should've been stopped immediately but instead local government allowed it to fester to where the perpetrators gained some confidence, it grew and now it is harder to squelch without some real teeth.

On the same note how many times have you seen a football team ignore a flag, pick up the ball, and continue to play without further penalty? Fans might be amused, but I think they'd recognize that order by the officials has to apply. Now think about a guy being legally arrested who turns his back on cops and decides to walk away, and a subset of the population goes berserk (look up berserkers) when he's shown it doesn't work that way.

He'll be trading his "services" for medication in the great bar hotel soon.

Oregon Governor Blames White Supremacy For Bloodshed In Portland. She’s Right.

Here’s another one that will make you shake your head.

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown (D) claimed that the recent violence in Portland was perpetrated by “armed white supremacists” in a Sunday press release. She blamed “right-wing vigilantes” for the bloodshed that occurred in the city last week.

This might seem like the usual race-baiting. But she’s right.

Most of those who have been engaged in the violence in Portland and other American cities are upholding white supremacy, but not in the way people like Gov. Brown thinks. These are not “right-wing vigilantes” causing this destruction. Sure, it has been confirmed that some right-wing extremists are participating, but their numbers are miniscule compared to the white progressives who are destroying communities — especially black ones.

In her press release, Brown urged residents to stop the “cycle of violence” and announced that additional resources for law enforcement would be provided. However, she did not call out Antifa, Black Lives Matter, or any other far-leftist group that participated in the chaos. Rather than call out the people who have been engaged in violence for the past three months, she directed her criticism at the right-wing group called Patriot Prayer.”

I'm not. Everyone serves as their own arbiter. That's why from day one I said we had to reach critical mass.
We obviously never did; and I'll forever be amazed. So here we are. (but we did get very close)
I’m amazed that you don’t see a problem with overthrowing a duly elected President simply because you disagree with him politically and do not like him as a person. You think he’s scum, along with every other Democrat including the ones that were doing business deals with him 5 years ago, and that’s fine but we have to have some semblance of order in this country. We can’t just act like it didn’t happen. He went through the due process to remove a President and it didn’t happen. Whether you agree with the results or not that’s the reality. Now that it’s 2020 it’s time to accept he is the POTUS because he won the 2016 election and when he wins again it will be time to just live with it.

My stance was always to get rid of him by any LEGAL means available. It obviously didn't happen. History will sort it out.

Ok well that’s not how your post came across and there’s a whole lot of illegal activity going on in these “protests” across the country. You’re right that history will sort it out and I’m curious to see if the way things used to be is going to be history. I tend to think that there is no going back regardless of who’s in power.

Portland fatal shooting victim's friend: ‘They executed my partner. They hunted him down'

‘They executed my partner. They hunted him down,’ Chandler Pappas said

The friend of a man gunned down Saturday in Portland amid a riot said his pal - whose picture was released Monday by police - was "executed" and "hunted down" for his conservative views.

Chandler Pappas told The Common Sense Converstive that he was with Aaron "Jay" Danielson -- the shooting victim identified by Patriot Prayer founder Joey Gibson -- as part the right-wing group in downtown Portland on Saturday. A massive pro-Trump caravan drove through the city as counterprotesters gathered for the 95th consecutive day to voice anger over police brutality and racial injustice.

"We have a First Amendment in the country," Pappas told the news site. "And for whatever reason, there seems to be this opposition that thinks we can't do that. They have been attacking us for years. Really for decades in the grand scheme of things but very heavily in Portland."

Portland has been burning for 100 days. How many days have the Proud Boys or Patriot Prayer been there? Who's been setting the federal building on fire? Who's been setting the police union and precincts on fire? Blue Lives Matter? Undercover feds?

Oregon Governor Calls State Troops Back as Portland Mayor Blames Trump for Riots

GettyImages-491019476-640x480.jpg

After sending federal police officers and Oregon State Police packing, Democrat Gov. Kate Brown announced on Sunday that she is bringing the state officers back to Portland, which has faced nightly destructive and now deadly riots for more than 90 days.

Moreover, after a weekend that included the shooting death of a man described as a Trump supporter, Democrat Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler blamed President Donald Trump for the ongoing violence.

The real irony of all this "resistance" is the objective is to tire out the police so they'll quit. This isn't going to happen as long as they're getting boatloads of OT pay to beat on scumbags each night. But what it is managing to accomplish is tying up police resources at these riots, which means other areas of the city have to suffer. And when they're pulling police the neighborhoods that need it most- lower income, higher minority %- will suffer more. So the white people set the police union on fire and burn dumpsters while crime in the communities they claim to care about goes up. It would really be something if Wheeler actually abolished the police. Because I'd like to see how he diverts $0 tax dollars to social programs after the people with money leave the city in droves.

And THIS is why the Insurrection Act is over reach right now. She is finally acting. She’s forced to frankly. If she craps the bed then things need to get creative.

Trump should keep doing what he's doing. Because when it all goes wrong they can't cry about Trump not offering to help. They want to act like Billy Badass to the progressives who want to see their head on a pike, by all means carry on.
