To speak about the best pizza in east TN. By far the best pizza joint is PIZZA PALACE. Food is awesome and so is everything else. Prices are cheap and it was on food network. Its that good. People working there are like family. Walk in and your already treated like royalty.

Roman's Pizza by the dollar movie is some of the best in East Tennessee as well just not many people know about it.
