It will end badly I believe. People generally cant handle an influx of unearned income like that. So many issues with that kind of thing. Self discipline hangers on. Etc.

Joan Rivers made a crass joke about the 9-11 widows getting a few million. Made it like they got the best end of that situation.
I wonder if anyone will make the same joke(?) about the Floyd family?

It was also reported he did so because he was upset at the coverage of him going to the bunker the night before. It was also rumored that Secret Service was caught off guard as well and had to scramble to get it ready.

CNN is jumping all over this like a kid hopped up on sugar with epilepsy, but that doesn’t take away that the whole sequence of events was low rent reality TV.

It was a political stunt for sure. Problem is, they’re using an anecdote to make it sound like they were gassing a choir singing We Shall Overcome.

It was a circus, and ridiculous reality TV. If you actually believe any of that was genuine then you are exactly the lowest common denominator voter Trumpnis counting on.

Actually, secret service need to clear it, plus it is customary for the Bishop to get a courtesy call beforehand. Maybe authorization was the wrong word, but it was extremely theatric and stupid.

True, but Foxnews barely covered it. Both networks failed here. But objectively, it was the most ridiculous Presidential stunt I can remember in recent memory. What is really surprising is the silence of the evangelical base on him politicizing a faith that he really couldn’t give one care about.
