If I push someone and they fall and have a heart attack and die do the courts find my pushing him the cause of death or the heart attack? Criminal, not civil.

So in this situation if he didnt die from the knee to the neck but his blood pressure being raised due to the stress of the situation and that stress caused his heart failure would the knee be considered the trigger cause or separate?

If the knee (or the situation created by the officer) led to the HBP, he’s still responsible

LAPD Held Fire After Protester Shot at Law Enforcement During Riots

Los Angeles police withheld retaliatory fire after a protester shot rounds at law enforcement officials during the riots that swept through downtown L.A. late Friday and into Saturday morning, sources familiar with the matter told Breitbart News.

The incident occurred early Saturday morning between 12:30 and 1 a.m., when an unidentified protestor fired an estimated ten rounds from a small firearm in the direction of law enforcement near 5th and Main Streets, according to those sources.

Breitbart News was told by sources that the bullets missed and that LAPD officers showed restraint at the scene by not returning fire because the culprit was running away.

A spokesman for the LAPD confirmed that the police didn’t fire back, but couldn’t provide additional details. A source familiar with the events told Breitbart News that the individual was arrested by police.

So there are thousands of blacks running around in large clumps and the best the white supremacists can do is harm some buildings.?

I'm thinking more along the lines of the cartels, mercenaries and possibly some dubious activity from agent provocateurs. Not sure who is funding the provocateurs, but they could be pulled from a host of organizations, not necessarily white supremacists. I would say the white supremacists activity is nonexistent outside of that.

I don't think an officer should "knee" or "boot" someone anywhere once the cuffs go on. With that said the autopsy shows he didn't die from that, still doesn't make it right.

Report: Majority of Arrested Minneapolis Rioters Have Minnesota Addresses

Jail records show that the vast number of arrested Minneapolis protesters have Minnesota addresses.

Fox 9 reports that 38 of the 45 individuals arrested have an address in Minnesota. The 45 individuals are those arrested “for rioting, unlawful assembly, stolen property, burglary or robbery on May 29 and May 30.”

On May 30, 2020, CNN reported Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) suggesting “rough estimates indicate that about 20% of protesters are Minnesotans and about 80% are from outside the region.”

Walz added, “I’m not trying to deflect in any way.”

Many whites have as well but we have enough in tact to have essentially herd immunity.

I give it 2 more decades or one more generation and the white community in this country will be at 50% out of wedlock if trends continue. That is a terrible position for a community to be in. You can't have a country with that type of family disfunction running wild.

Yes. My point is that when you protest with a well defined and tangible goal like "Hey get rid of this racist legislation", you can actually do positive things.

Black people tried that very strategy for 100 years after slavery and it took civil unrest and upheaval to achieve desirable goals in the 1960s. Nonviolent protests also played a role, but in general, govt doesn't respect nonviolent protesting. The people in Michigan found that out and they showed up peaceably with guns in the statehouse.

I agree with some of this. Problem is, many blacks have come to love so much of what you say needs to be discarded.

Well of course, we've created a dependent class. I'm not disagreeing with you on that point.

That is one reason I'm saying the entire system needs to be overhauled. Not just for the sake of the black community, but for the entire country. Because these same programs are going to erode the rest of America in the next few decades.
