A convicted sex offender in New Hampshire died after being struck by a car Wednesday. He had failed to return to his transitional housing unit after leaving to look for work, authorities said.

Roland Labbe, who had served prison time for the 1995 aggravated sexual assault of a child, walked outside a minimum-security Calumet Transitional Housing Unit last week and failed to come back, the New Hampshire Department of Corrections said.

Arkansas couple charged after miscarriage, Baby found in Toilet

BLYTHEVILLE, Ark.– A Blytheville, Arkansas couple is facing charges after police say their stillborn baby was found in a toilet after the mother had a miscarriage.

Police have charged 35-year-old Ashley Jones and 38-year-old Albert Wilson with abuse of a corpse after the delivery of their daughter Paradise.

According to the police report, officers responded to a home on Moultrie Drive Sunday night and discovered the baby in a toilet still inside its amniotic sac.

WREG obtained a case file that says Jones, a mother of 6, was six months pregnant and had previously had a miscarriage.

Police said by the time first responders were called, the stillborn child had been in a toilet filled with water, blood, and possibly sewage for 11 hours.

A female cheer coach in Rhode Island has been charged with seven counts of child molestation for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl 'almost daily' for two years beginning when the child was 12 years old, according to East Providence police.

Alyshia Tkacs, 33, of Cranston was arrested on June 17 after the alleged victim, who is now an adult came forward two months ago.

Detectives with the East Providence Police Department said that they uncovered evidence that the victim met Tkacs in 2012 while she was coaching a competitive cheerleading team. The molestation allegedly lasted until 2014.

A Pennsylvania drag queen was charged with 25 counts of child pornography, according to a criminal docket issued Thursday.


Brice Patric Ryschon Williams was charged with 25 counts of child pornography and 18 counts of criminal use of a communications facility. The bail is set at $100,000 and Williams is unable to post bail, according to the docket.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children submitted a tip to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Child Predator Section in May 18, 2020, reporting that 76 files containing child pornography were uploaded to a Dropbox file. The Dropbox account was linked to a person named Anastasia Diamond, Williams’ stage name.

A search warrant for Williams’ home was obtained by special agent Travis Nye on June 22, 2022, and was carried out early Thursday morning.

Rio Grande Valley Sector agents arrested five criminal aliens and four gang members over a five-day period ending on July 11, according to Border Patrol officials. Brownsville Station agents arrested Jorge Adolfo Diaz-Perez, a Mexican national, on July 6 after he crossed the border near Brownsville, Texas.

Agents conducted a background investigation and found a criminal history that includes a 2012 conviction in Cameron County, Texas, for indecency with a child with a six-year-old by contact. The court, in the same county where agents arrested Diaz-Perez, gave the Mexican national a 10-year probation sentence.

Transgender Former Cop Arrested After Allegedly Befriending, Sexually Abusing Children

Diana Guevara, a former police officer who transitioned to the opposite sex, was arrested in Citrus County, Florida, on charges related to sexual activity with minors after allegedly fostering relationships with children for the purpose of sexual abuse.

Guevara, who is biologically male but identifies as a transgender woman, was a Miami-Dade police officer prior to transitioning, according to a 2017 Miami Herald article touting the benefits of sex change surgeries. Guevara was arrested July 13 on charges of unlawful activity with certain minors, transmitting harmful materials to minors and four counts of lewd and lascivious battery, according to a Citrus County Sheriff’s Office press release.

Victims said they had engaged in sexual activity with Guevara during separate police interviews, and investigators found evidence to support the victims’ claims about Guevara sending explicit images over social media, according to the press release.

The sentence was postponed due to the recent birth of her child. She has until June 5, 2023, to report to jail. The underage victim was not the child’s father, according to a New York Post report. The defendant was an English teacher for Tomball ISD north of Houston.

The case came to light in April 2021, when Bodine reported to the school principal that a former student who was 16 at the time was harassing her and threatening to harm himself, affidavits revealed. During an investigation, the student claimed a relationship with Bodine lasted almost three years. The relationship began in 2018 when the male victim was a 6th-grade student of Bodine’s. The two began chatting through the video game Fortnite and then turned to text messages. Once the student turned 13, the relationship turned sexual. Over the course of three years, Bodine sent roughly 40 explicit images of herself to the teen.

Tennessee Middle School Teacher Suspended For Allegedly Masturbating In Front Of Students

A teacher at a Tennessee middle school was suspended Tuesday after being accused of sexually exposing himself to students on the school’s property.

Robertson County Schools suspended Greenbrier Middle School teacher John Nolan Keathley after he was accused of sexual misconduct, reported Smokey Barn News. The Robertson County Sherriff’s Office arrested the teacher July 31 on five counts, including solicitation of a minor and indecent exposure, according to a county indictment.


The teacher was accused of masturbating in the middle school boy’s bathrooms and intentionally exposing himself while masturbating on school property when students were present, according to the indictment. The incidents allegedly took place between March 1 and May 4 of the recent school year, the indictment reads.

“Keathley knowingly or intentionally engaged in masturbation by self-stimulation inside of the classroom he had been assigned on the property of Greenbrier Middle School,” count one of the grand jury indictment stated.


The second count alleged Keathley had also engaged in masturbation in one of the boys bathroom during school hours, according to the indictment. Counts three and four allege he engaged in “Sexual behavior for the purpose of having a minor child…view such activity.”
