'I'm so ashamed and sorry': Nebraska mom, 38, sobs as she is sentenced to up to 102 years in prison for sexually assaulting her daughter's male friends, aged 12 and 13, during sleepovers where she plied them with alcohol and pot gummies

A Nebraska mother is facing up to 102 years in prison for sexually assaulting two of her daughter's friends during a sleepover at her home in 2017 and 2018.

Christina Greer, 38, was sentenced to 64 to 102 years in prison Monday for luring a 12-year-old and 13-year-old boy with alcohol and weed edibles, before she sexually assaulted them in her home, court documents show, according to the Omaha World-Herald.

Her daughter was 11 at the time.

In March, a Sarpy County jury had found Greer guilty of three counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, six counts of felony child abuse and two counts of witness tampering.

Police initially arrested Greer after a report was made that she was having sex with one of the boys from September 2017 to December 2017.

A Sarpy County sheriff's deputy testified that he interviewed a 13-year-old boy who admitted to having sex with Greer on three occasions at her home near the Chalco Hills Recreation Area.

Another boy came forward in January 2019 with similar allegations, and that August, a child enticement charge was added to Greer's list of charges

Married Texas woman, 31, who admitted to Raping boy, 15, after cops caught her Smoking Weed With Him In Car, avoids prison and will have charges erased after completing probation

A Texas woman has been sentenced to probation instead of prison time and could see her conviction expunged after she admitted to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.

Amanda Bush, 31, from Robinson, pleaded guilty in May to second-degree felony sexual assault of a child in exchange for a recommendation from McLennan County prosecutors that she be placed on deferred probation.

Amanda Bush, 31, has pleaded guilty to second-degree felony sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to deferred probation for 10 years

On Wednesday, Judge Susan Kelly approved the plea deal and sentenced Bush to deferred probation for 10 years.

Unlike in a regular probation, where a judge finds the defendant guilty, sentences her and then suspends the imposition of the sentence, in a differed probation the judge delays the conviction.

If the defendant successfully complies with the terms of her probation, the charges are dismissed and the conviction is expunged from the defendant's record.

Bush will also be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life, reported the Waco Tribune-Herald.

Bush, pictured on the right with her newlywed husband, was caught in a car with a 16-year-old boy in September 28

In September 2018, Bush, then aged 28 and in a relationship with her long-time boyfriend, was arrested on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge after police officers found her sitting in a parked car with a 16-year-old boy before dawn.

Bush lied to the police that the boy was 18 years old and that they were not in a relationship, according to charging documents.

Later, the woman admitted that she knew the boy was 16 years old, and that they were in a sexual relationship.

When interviewed by the police, the victim confirmed that he had had sex with Bush.

In the course of the investigation, it was revealed that Bush had her first sexual encounter with the teen when he was just 15 years old.

Because one tends to be statistically far more predatory than the other.
Don't buy that reasoning. If a girl is actually unconscious, then yes, I agree with you. But if they're both drunk, and she's participating, I don't buy the argument that she was unable to consent. That shouldn't bring a rape charge IMO. That's IF they are both drunk. If the drunk excuse applies to women, it should also apply to men.

And that's rarely an issue when it comes to court. Never? No. But rare

Because that's a common enough legal occurrence to gripe about. Lol.

Unless you're insinuating that a large chunk of rape charges are unjust, because that just equally dumb and ****ed.

Not insinuating anything. I've seen cases where both people were drunk, yet the girl gets a pass. Drunk men are supposed to be responsible for their actions. Drunk women, not so much. Ultimately, both men and women need to be more careful when they drink to excess.

Don't read more into what I'm saying than what I'm actually saying.

Mark Redwine, 59, was convicted by a unanimous jury on Friday and was found guilty on charges of second-degree murder and child abuse resulting in the 2012 death of his son Dylan Redwine.

Prosecutors argued Redwine killed Dylan in a fit of rage after they argued over embarrassing photos of him wearing women's lingerie and eating feces from a diaper.

Dylan's older brother testified in June that Dylan found the photos a year before he went missing.

The boys had accidentally discovered the pictured on their father's computer during a road trip in 2011 and looked at them in a locked bathroom while their father slept.
