Go Mavs! :rocks:

How did I know that you would be the one to respond to that. ;)

With 2345 out for a while, methinks it's just you and me in here. But I have to have a team that I pull big for every year... And I've kicked the Blazers to the curb until they clean up their act.

Even though I'm a Suns fan, that was a heck of a game last night. Too bad they lost Joe Johnson for at least game 3. I thought it was a bigger surprise that Indy beat Detroit.

So I guess we have a Suns fan and a Mavs fan in here. I suppose I need to pick a team to pull for to win it all.

I said that if Dallas makes it past Houston, they go all the way. I'll stick by it. All Dallas has to do is slow Phoenix down and let the Mavs' bench score some points. I think Dallas in 6.

While I agree w/ your gameplan, the execution is just not there. With Nash in the line-up, no team has been able to slow the Suns down. I think this series goes 7. On a side note, I'm hoping to get my game 5 tix today.

I think bench points are also a huge factor. Dallas has an awesome bench and Phoenix's isn't particularly great. Like I said, I don't think they can be slowed down that much, like to 80/90 points, but they can be kept to about 100. With Finley and Nowitzki strokin' shots and usually two more guys stepping it up, Dallas can take it to them. With Phoenix, it's trying to contain and outshoot. I think they're easier to beat than they look.

Dallas can still win games... But they won't be doing it shooting 1/18 from the trey.

:shakehead: Terrible.

they really had a tough time hitting shots down the stretch. Some of them weren't good shots. Nash was hard to stop in clutch time tonight and Dirk couldn't get some close shots to fall.

Holy cow was Nash great tonight? The Suns took it when Dallas went ice cold from the field. How many straight possessions did they come away with nothing in the final 4-5 min?

I don't know but it was a lot and when Nash starts hitting left handed hooks in the paint over Dirk you know you are in trouble.

The way the Mavs were shooting, Phoenix should have beat them by about 20 more points than they did. If Dallas is on a good night, which they usually are, they are better than Phoenix 9 times out of 10.

Dallas gave that game to Phoenix. I now change my prediction to Dallas in 7.

I have decided that I am pulling for either the Mavs or the Suns.

I know it's NOT the Spurs or the Sonics. boring.
