If anyone thinks Tennessee is a better job than USC, Vol fan or not, they're stupid as Hell.
Anyone who cheers for three of the top teams, from three different conferences is stupid as hell.
That's just silly and it exposes you as possessing the very trait in which you asserted was a component of my genetic makeup.
You have three boards you could be posting on and you've chosen to come here. What does that tell you about Tennessee? How do you know this is the only board on which I post? What are my reasons for being here? Do I know people here? Please regale me with your indubitably accurate inside information, 007 or Sherlock (whomever you aspire to be).
Take your lack of knowledge and beat it ya bandwagon loser. I'm pretty sure the knowledge tree isn't one you'd want to bark up when engaging me, 007. The idea of a "bandwagon" fan is silly. People like what they like; it's entertainment.
How stupid is that hire going to look when Kiffin is hoisting a crystal ball in 5-6 years?
What'd I miss here. Did USC become something special overnight? They haven't done as much as Florida has done over the last 10 years and all of the sudden you act like they're a perennial powerhouse.
That's a joke.
.
If back-to-back national championships, three Heisman winners, seven consecutive conference championships, four straight Rose Bowl appearances, and three members of the inaugural staff's procurement of BCS head coaching jobs doesn't indicate that a program's a perennial powerhouse, then they don't exist. Inveterate jealousy notwithstanding, stating things like that makes you look complacently and irrefutably stupid.
VolNation - Announcements in Forum : Tennessee Vols FootballWas a rule broken in that post? If so, would you be so kind to point it out? Or are you simply angry that someone is standing up to the moronic comments being spewed about USC?

Wake-up Socrates, Back-to-back nothing. You can't claim what you didn't win. You can't pay them to play at your school. That makes them pros... just like Adrian Petersen or Ladanian Tomlinson.
That's a completely erroneous statement. Here's some advice: before you partake in discourse, it's a pretty good idea to know what you're talking about.
Heisman winners? No doubt that USC has had many great college players. Alabama just had their first Heisman, but if they were in USC's conference, USC would be a perennial bridesmaid. Florida's had a few as well so...well, just go back and relive the last comment.
That's just silly. At the time USC was drilling jerkwater SEC programs like Arkansas to the tune of 70-17, Alabama was under the direction of Mike Shula.
Also dude, using a big word like "irrefutably" may convince somebody, somewhere that you have an above average intellect but ironically by using it the way you did it not only makes you look stupid but also desperate and of course, it doesn't change your weak position. Kinda' sounds like a snotty little brat.
I always love when people get angry at my selection of vocabulary. It separates the elite from the bottom of the barrell quite effectively.
You're right. When all signs are pointing towards something, one should predict the opposite. How could I forget the lesson a lot learned after the housing bubble?
Kiffin will fail miserably.
Based on Kiffin's past performance as head coach, what leads you to believe he will succeed?
Hell, what leads you to believe he'll be at Southern Cal in 5-6 years?
That dude's nuts. USC has a three year surge that is because of and surrounded by a huge cheating scandal and they act like these guys are a powerhouse.
A huge cheating scandal? You mean a couple of guys with no association with the program whatsoever handing an already superstar college RB some money?
3 year surge? They won seven consecutive conference titles and went to four straight Rose Bowls.
THEN... they hire Kiffin back who was probably the main culprit in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. He wasn't even named in the investigation; Todd McNair's the only coach who was.
