.03 - .04 He lurched a few feet further. Comes to another compete stop and honked.

.05 - .08 At least two people throw projectiles at his car. I don't know if it was a bottle, or one of his windows shattering, but they weren't tossing paper cups. Simultaneously, approximately 8-10ppl are converging on his car and the crowd itself is closing in.

The only way in hell he is possibly in the wrong is if they have a permit for the protest and the road is blocked off.

Serious question: do the Feds have the jurisdiction to "move in and shoot?" Under what law can they act as police on the local or state levels? They are not the National Guard called in by a governor.

Yes, if this is a part of violence that has been organized in multiple states, or it's violence at least partly sponsored by foreign geo-polotical interests.
