I don’t know who they are, but can u give me names of elite recruits they are responsible for?
The Alabama guy signed three players last year that was ranked as the number 12 class in the nation. He has one player committed in 2024 number 36. The Miss St guy has one committed in 2024 number 43. I don't know who he got last year they brought in a couple of transfers while he has been there. Number 22 Essence Cody is the top player the Bama guy has recruited. quanirah-cherry-montague This is the best player the Miss St guy brought in 2023. Cody started for Bama don't think the other player played much for Miss St.

So in summary if reports are believed to be true this is the tentative staff.

Asst Coaches:
- Jenna Burdette (asst HC Marshall)
- Roman Tubner (AL assistant)
- Gabe Lazo (Miss State assistant)

Yeah and she has room for 2 more but 3 is a great start

Most only keep 4

I'm just super happy they are coaches very familiar with the SEC and SEC recruiting. That makes me feel a million times better. Now someone line up some visits this week.

Jolette was my first thought, too, but I'm not sure why she'd leave South Carolina, especially since she grew up there and I imagine SC is home.

Any other speculation? Ole Miss just completely turned over their assistant coaching staff (and of course Kentucky just turned everyone over).
I was kidding. I knew she wouldn't leave So Car.

I don't understand. You mean there are assistant coaches that don't recruit? I've only ever seen that under Pruitt.
No I mean primarily… all coaches recruit but it gets murky when u want to start crediting kids to coaches

She did have 20 and 14 against Florida state. We would have loved that output from one of our posts this year. She couldn’t stay out of foul trouble at times though.
I just don’t think that’s elite, she can be a good player. Elite for me is a player that can lead a team to a Championship. As examples of players I think can do that are Juju Watkins, Hannah Hidalgo, Lauren Betts, Kiki Iriafen to name a few.

She is not in the transfer portal so a non factor.

Same. I will give credit where it’s due because I want this to work! It’s a great move to hire experienced coaches with ties to recruits and familiarity with the SEC.

Right. They're not Jolette Law. But on the other hand it's not going to be a full We Are Marshall staff, which is what I was worried about. IMO hiring this level of SEC experience and contacts is very encouraging.
