Any VN trolls living in AZ?

I never found it. There were places that claimed to be good but they really weren't anything special. Can get some mean burritos though. Great place called Dos Amigos (I think) on Buckeye near Central (probably 1st or 2nd St)

Are you sure you don't mean Los Dos Molinos? It's further south than Buckeye Road though. It's at Baseline and Central.

no I worked around Central and Buckeye (great neighborhood huh?) and it was very close. Very small brick building and looks like it was on 7th street & Buckeye. No one spoke English so we just pointed to the menu

FTR, I love being proven wrong as it would give me something to do next time I visit Phoenix. Taking suggestions for what people think is the best restaurant in Phoenix.

It's all a matter of opinion, and from what I know you have especially good eats in your area. Phoenix may be a disappointment for you, but coming from SLC it's probably going to be an upgrade, especially since I love authentic Mexican/El Salvadorean food. In Utah I really only have a few restaurants* I love, and that's after being here 12 years.

*Rocky Mountain Wing Shack, J-Dawg's, and Pat's BBQ if you are ever in the area.

Funny that someone from Oregon would call Arizonan
posters 'trolls' on a Tennessee board.

Not really what happened. Let's try that again.

BTW, better leave the laptop at home if you plan on traveling to Arizona any time soon. Anybody less amused and more annoyed by your presence on VN than I am could have ol' sheriff Joe knocking on your hotel room door.

Update: Just locked down our place in Tempe. Will be moving down by the end of the month. Really excited for a change. We made a trip down last weekend, and I already found my spot. Sleep Dog brewery is legit. Beer is so good, and they partner with a variety of gourmet food trucks, and a different one shows up daily for dinner. You just put the food on your bar tab. It's such a good idea.
