Got a question. Have noticed a lot of llc land offers for property. Was curious after hearing the last few years about some of the foreign land purchases. Maybe I'm just a little wary of unsolicited offers through the mail. Anyone else seeing this?Any info.

Wife gets 5-10 per week for 10 Acres she owns in McMinn County. Same for daughter who owns the adjoining tract.

Been curious about them for a while . Just heard an interview a day or 2 ago with a resident of Speingfield Mo. He said after checking , about 10 years they were designated a welcoming city. He also said llcs were buying property and turning houses into basucally appartments for immigrants , some with a dozen or more per house.

Sounds like my college days.

Well, Athens calls itself "The Friendly City". OTOH, it has had very little growth in the last 64 years, from 12,000 to 14,000.
Both Cleveland to the south and Lenoir City to the north have had much higher growth percentages.

I would think that if the LLC has any idea what it is doing they would be marketing their property to make the most profit. Perhaps that is how they know how to make a profit. Possibly not the best choice.
