Nico two years then Merklinger and Mac. I hope that heup can convince madden to come as well. That would set the program up for 6-7 years of dominate quarterback play.

Lol has Nico won a single college game? Has he thrown a single touchdown pass?

I love how everyone crowns him king when you actually have NO CLUE what his production is going to be. It's the same people that said Harrison Bailey was the next UT great. If I had time, and if I cared enough, I could list 20 QBs that were top ranked out of high school and ended up as total BUSTS.

Obviously I want him to be successful but we haven't seen him lead the team, haven't seen how tough he his, haven't seen him in comeback situations. He's an 18 year old kid that hasn't been smashed around in an SEC game yet. Time will tell.

Maybe it's just my incurable BVS, but I suspect he won't RS because we'll need him to start before this season ends. When I look at our key injuries it's just...well...I have to think the football gods are toying with us. Mayes to start the season. Pili gone for most, if not all, the season. McCoy lost for the season. Hadden lost for the season. All those guys are arguably the best at their positions. They're veterans and guys we absolutely depended on. You can almost feel it coming.

Ok, I haven’t heard it addressed so I had no clue. If that’s the case I expect to see a little more of him the rest of the season. Especially if we have another loss, regardless of whether he starts a game or not. This was my primary reason for asking the question. I realize there has been limited opportunities to get him into games, but if there is NO intentions, it seems he would have been in there a little more often. Just my thoughts, and we’ll see how it plays out.

He is an unknown. I hope he is what many of you think he should be. I agree he is probably gone either way - one is because he was good enough and the NFL says come on, the other is that needs to go elsewhere to enhance his NFL status.

The idea that a great player would stay for 4 years is rare these days.

He's played in 2 games I think but CJH already said he wasn't concerned with burning his redshirt.

If he is as good as we think, we'd be lucky to 3 seasons out of him before turning pro.

Georgia isn't losing to Florida. Maybe OLe Miss but Florida is losing 5 or 6 this year. LSU, FSU, Georgia for sure.
