I could care less what you, SJT the Great and Powerful or anyone else thinks, I find it absurd the way people slammed Worley all off season then jump on his jock after one game.

The guy is a decent, not great QB if he can minimize mistakes. Try to pass one game off as some huge step forward is fools gold, something which you two obviously have in abundance.

I didn't slam Worley all off season, and I'm not on his jock now.

He did well in game one. He was efficient, trustworthy, and a darn good QB. He tied PM's record for most consecutive passes, and was the 6th best QB in the SEC this week by the numbers. He was in control of the game and played wit poise. If he plays exactly like that all season, I'll be happy. But I expect to be ecstatic, because I expect him to improve.

I have no understanding why anyone would say that a quarterback that just came off of a hot game with a 70% completion rating, 0 turnovers, and 273 yards would not be impressed with that performance.


Worley could have played on ANY team in the country the way he played last night.
