The first charge was way over the top . Can’t put hands on people though or you’ll catch a an assault charge .

As far as I can tell, he punched the guy in the jaw once. It seems incredibly fluky that the guy actually died. I admittedly have no idea if manslaughter would normally stick in this sort of situation.

If the manager has no priors, I'm fine with the sentence. Taking someone's life is serious but falling and hitting his head seems flukey to me.

Why wouldn't they? But not what I was going for. The man would have been arrested for first degree murder, thrown in jail without bond. People would have rioted and looted at the behest of BLM.
