Crap, just saw the price.

I'd pick up about 3 or 4 for that price.

No shizz...the FFL transaction fee would be nearly the cost of the lower. I really do need to see if the fee would be per item or if they could be grouped under one lower charge.

Hey Bill. Not too bad. Diabetes is still a pain. Getting through it day by day. Best I suppose u can do for now lol. How have you been? Been on a break from here for a while. Browse every now and then.

I'm doing well, just playing Army sort of. My current assignment is really a civilian job in disguise though. My mom's entire family has a diabetic history including my mom. Just keep fighting man. And don't be such a stranger!

Luckily, my FFL does a one time fee as long as they all fit on one 4473.

Just ordered two. That's the max they'll let you order per household. Found a ffl holder that will do them for $10 each plus the background check, so it'll be $30 total for the both of them.

I work for the NATO Command in Norfolk, VA. Live on the beach in Va Beach. I have one year left here and that will put me at 8 years in. 1 year left of this enlistment. Up in the air on what I'm going to do.

If I had the option I'd stay the course.

That's the plan, I'm just getting tired of how much emphasis they are putting into computer/online training and courses that don't really matter. Technical ability, experience and actual leadership ability has been seriously devalued since I joined.

That's because money has dried up and they can't do it but still have the block to check that you are compliant.

Hey guys, parts are coming in for m build and I'm trying to figure out what quad rail fore grip I'm going to put on it. Many of the free float quad rails have aluminum barrel nuts. Is this OK? Is the AL strong enough?

Newbie question: any recommendations on a base AR in the $800ish range? Looking at a Colt and S&W, figuring those are quality manufacturers.

I got the Colt LE6920 around Christmas - was under 800 and the guys at the shop said it was definitely worth the extra compared to the SW15. Reviews seem to confirm.
