You can if you’re limited on the number of players you can have. Then those are limited even more.

It's only 2 per year, that's not really being limited. Depending on what our 85 number sits, we could sign 25 and still be at the 83 we need to be at because of the 2 lost scholly's.

Not that it really matters, but the whole idea that the first contact from Tennessee was an offer through text message just screams lie. There were several staff members following the kid on twitter including coach BJM before the offer or the forum posts
