Just curious, but what was the part? Model number?

It's the water inlet w/ garden hose connecter and the water inlet filter. It blew off the side of my pressure washer while I was hosing down the house. I ended up duct taping the piece to the washer to finish my house.

It looks like the plastic screw in piece of the part is stripped. Buddy of mine put me on a guy who is going to order the part. Problem I ran into was most hardware stores told me they don't have parts for the Karcher and other sold for commercially and wasn't geared for the individual consumer.

They do but mine started smoking and exploded reading your posts. Maybe ARB can get me a replacement.

Looks like they took care of you with your rapid fire B comedy level posts. You and the mma chick should trade numbers and rent a stack of slapstick comedies.

What model number is the pressure washer? Is it gas or electric?

Dang, OP has issues. Maybe he approached ARB with the same attitude he displays here and "lost" the part while talking to him. Doesn't sound like he was worth the $1.25 the were going to make on that $2.50 part.

I'm kinda surprised they went to the effort of ordering it for you. They would have lost money on what would likely be a one-time customer

let me guess, you turned down a direct shipment because you didn't want to pay freight?

Actually, no. Oddly enough the Karcher manufacturer doesn't take direct orders and gave me about 4 numbers to call of various companies that sold their parts. ARB being the closest location of the four.

Had they told me up front that they don't do consumer orders, while annoyed, I would have tried another option.

Ironically enough, I got a call yesterday from the lady stating they found the part and wanted to know if I still wanted it. I went ahead and had her send it since this has took way more time than I originally thought that it would. I figure if the plastic wears out in the future I'll have a backup.

ARB employee? or someone coming off looking foolish not knowing what he is talking about? You decide.

I've never had issues with ARB. Have used them several times.

Lol. You and squirrel boy must be the husband and wife tandem that run that joint. That or you have a crush on me and this is the only way you can get me to communicate with you.
