Just curious, but what was the part? Model number?
What model number is the pressure washer? Is it gas or electric? It's the water inlet w/ garden hose connecter and the water inlet filter. It blew off the side of my pressure washer while I was hosing down the house. I ended up duct taping the piece to the washer to finish my house.
It looks like the plastic screw in piece of the part is stripped. Buddy of mine put me on a guy who is going to order the part. Problem I ran into was most hardware stores told me they don't have parts for the Karcher and other sold for commercially and wasn't geared for the individual consumer.
I'm kinda surprised they went to the effort of ordering it for you. They would have lost money on what would likely be a one-time customer
let me guess, you turned down a direct shipment because you didn't want to pay freight?
Dang, OP has issues. Maybe he approached ARB with the same attitude he displays here and "lost" the part while talking to him. Doesn't sound like he was worth the $1.25 the were going to make on that $2.50 part.
