Very impressed considering the circumstances! Even did better than last year! Doo is the Poo!!

The Weasel wouldn't have had a top 10 class here!!

Wrong. We were headed for a Top 3 class before X bolted.

That being said, very happy with CDD's efforts in recruiting. Now, coach em up CDD!

Under the circumstances...VERY, VERY pleased. This class had the potential to spin out of control. However, the lack of O and D-line depth is beginning to look very scary.

If you had told me this would be our class on January 13th, I would have asked you what you were smoking. I will certainly take this class.

Yeah, it could have been better, but under the circumstances, CDD and staff did an unbelievable job. If we keep Copeland and maybe get Robinson, I think it would have been the very best we could have expected. Nonetheless, great job coaches!!

Decent enough considering the circumstances, but the talent gap between us and UF/Bama grows wider again.

This class is nothing short of miraculous given circumstances of the last month. Miraculous.

Am I happy with it? Yes. Could I be a lot happier (say if we hadn't missed on Copeland)? Yes.

CDD and our current staff are responsible for bringing in Hunter, Stone, Rogers, Rivera, Clark, Propst and I'm sure I'm missing a few others. Not sure Kiffin would have landed any of them and especially not Hunter, Rogers and Stone. Excellent work securing some high ranking talent especially considering CDD was thrown into the fire 3 weeks ago when the sky was falling in Knoxville. And excellent work saving most of the commits we had prior to Kiffin's fly-by-night departure!

This Vol fan is VERY happy with a top 10 class for 2010 and even more important, a coaching staff with class and integrity! Thompson and Chaney deserve big raises for sticking with the Vols and helping save this class!

Great given the situation, for sure!! Just wish we had some more DL committs, but I can really understand why we don't!! That whole no DC or DLine coach really stings!!
Overall, tho, I would say a very good day!! Looking forward to seeing these kids play in the years to come!!

Espn has UT at 11 behind Florida, Bama, LSU, and Georgia. It is decent considering the circumstances but CDD had better bring in some DT's, LB's, and OL next year if he wants to survive. I didn't like the siging of Sapp and the kid from Hoover. He needed to keep Copeland and Stanley as well as Williams. Signing Chaz Green or Damien Robinson would have been better. Not having a DC and DL coach hurt. They should have been hired to help close this class.
