AP can’t take any kind of definitive stance without some people getting seriously upset if it doesn’t come true. Some people just totally meltdown over it. The nature of dealing with high school/college age kids is that they change their minds constantly so trying to take a stand for something fluid is difficult.

Now I’m not trying to convince anyone that VQ is worth the money but that we’re quick to want to execute insiders when their info doesn’t come true. So AP is naturally hesitant to take a hard stance until the deal is
I don't pay the 9.99, because I know I can come here and read what little valuable info they share with they're subscribers for free.

Boomers that still like to get the physical newspaper because they like flipping through the pages.
They like using 'the Kindles'...

As the son of a Boomer, I can just appreciate the switch from paper to electronic paper from folks like my Dad. 'The Kindles' really helps them read more, er, just read.

Boomers eat, breathe, and sleep technology. It percolates in their veins, like an old fashioned coffee maker, to be enjoyed at a 5PM Dinner.

Ive worked in tech for 2 decades, still trying to explain wtf I do for a living, to my Dad 😆

lol. Was talking to my dad yesterday afternoon and he was like, "Ok, well I need to go. Need to make my afternoon coffee."

It was 5 pm.

Me: "Aren't you going to be awake all night if you drink coffee this late?"

Dad: "No. When you are as brain dead as I am, coffee makes little difference."

“They are both great programs and have a lot to offer but for me it’s where do it fit?” How big a bag I can get Moe said. “I really just have to talk my family about that and go over everything.”
Why does it matter if money is the deciding factor in these recruitments? It’s this same post in every thread. You people act like it’s some sort of red flag when it’s the way the world works.

The Ohio state 247 mod literally said our collective is a machine. We pay people. Get off your high horse already. People need money to increase their quality of life, it’s not that hard to understand.

'Going to the office,' during the week.

Translation, 'Need to take a nap.'

'Going to the office,' on a weekend.

Translation, 'my wife is home.'

That’s what I have to look forward to in the not too distant future? Scheduling my coffee? Guess I better start drinking coffee

When then say that. Don’t make crap up on why you want to switch schools. Call it what it is

Exactly. Ohio State bought the best roster money could buy last year. They have NO REASON to act brand new on this.

A little mixed internally but on how hard to push here. Experienced and mean as a player but a bit more limited than we thought coming in.
Wow that’s interesting. Do you think if we were to push harder we would land him?

How many transfers do you see us taking? I know there some frustration that the staff hasn’t seemed to be more aggressive in the portal so far.

you usually can land anyone for the right price

4-5ish.

i will say the day the coaches care about fans frustration in the portal is the day we need new coaches.

Still think they don’t take a WR? Seems risky going into next season with only 7 WR’s.
