Ashli Babbitt’s Killer is a blm Militant

Ashli Babbitt's Family say they will Sue Capitol Police for $10 Million claiming the cop who shot her 'ambushed' her and gave no verbal command before pulling the trigger

Babbitt was the only person to be killed on January 6 when thousands of Trump supporters stormed Congress.

Her family say that video of her being shot proves that the plain clothed officer who did it did not issue a verbal command, and that the US Capitol Police is liable for her death.

They told The Washington Examiner they will sue for wrongful death and are seeking $10million in damages.

'It’s not debatable. There was no warning. I would call what he did an ambush. I don’t think he’s a good officer. I think he’s reckless,' her family's attorney Terry Roberts said.

Should be much more than the $12 million that unemployed drug dealer Breonna got or the $27 million that deadbeat dad and career criminal Floyd got.

She wasn't a threat until she climbed through the window.

I see you conveniently left out the quoted from a capitol police officer. You desperately want this murder to be a good kill because you stated it as much. I'll take the opinion of a police officer over yours since their life depends on it. I just wonder in the future, will you be consistent on your views of the killing of unarmed citizens by police in the future?

I left nothing out as text in quotes doesn't get carried over. It's just how the board works. I have also never stated that it's my desire to be a "good kill" so that's another lie. If there are officers saying that it was a good shot will you also believe then or only ones that fit your predetermined viewpoint?

She wasn't a threat until she was. That's why the quote you provided is not relevant since it's about her actions prior. Climbing thru a broken window to avoid a barricade is a separate action. She was an idiot and paid the price. Happens all the time

So my viewpoint goes along with veteran law enforcement quoted from the same article and somehow your viewpoint should matter more? I just believe there should be equal application of the law. Police officers have been charged with murder for shooting unarmed people, I think the same should apply here. If you don't believe in equal application of the law, that's your prerogative.

For the sake of clarity: do you believe that Breonna Taylor's killing was justified?

Do you believe there are any veteran law enforcement officers who believe you are wrong? You looked for a quite from sketchy source that confirmed your already held belief.

You keep pretending this is just some regular action where a person was shot. The people behind the door she was attending toward matter to the discussion

Oh, look another source expert. Her actions were of a protest that got out of hand. Much like what has been widely accepted as the norm of protests in recent times. Do I believe her action warranted the use of deadly force, for the millionth time I do not.

She advanced toward lawmakers through a broken out window to avoid a barricaded doorway. Her actions were much different than a protest that got it of hand and someone stole a podium. She wanted in there and made a bad choice. Hopefully the next person knows better

She was also the first line of people breaking in. Never ever wanna lead the charge in battle. Stay in the rear with the gear.

Clearly the next person learned rather quickly, since no one followed her thru the window. Seems like the cops actions were successful in deterring the mob.

PJ's view of a bad choice: She supported Trump so to hell with her protest. Hopefully, we'll get back to a country where we have equal application of the law.

Prime view of why nobody should be giving a dime to the Republican party. Especially the Tennessee Republican party.

I'm not surprised that you'd follow your boy Trump's lead. He's donated significantly more to Democratic candidates throughout his life.
