Ashli Babbitt’s Killer is a blm Militant

Protect against what fake Christian? You are ignorant of the law in TN. Someone comes into your yard and stabs your dog. If you come out of your house and shoot them dead, you're going to jail for murder.
I’d say if they killed your “guard” dog you’d be in fear for your life

You sure, if they stabbed your “guard” dog I’d say you’re in fear of your life.

Probably. Are they legally required to identify him?

I'm not sure if this falls under the freedom of information act. I also thought I heard the reason for not releasing his name is it would be putting him in jeopardy. If only it was so simple for all the police officers around the country they disparage.

You were talking about law enforcement using deadly force with a firearm. You weren't talking about with a nerf gun, right?

Lethal force is not exclusive to the use of a firearm. A firearm was used in the present case, but the issue isn't that the officer shot her, it's that he killed her. It's not like we'd be having a fundamentally different conversation if he'd stabbed her or thrown a heavy object at her head.

She didn't deserve to die, if that's what you're asking. That doesn't make her killing unjustified.

For what other reason was she there? Sightseeing?
So it would have been justified to open up a 50cal on the riotors over the last few months?

It was cold blooded murder. Far worse than Chavin kneeling on a thugs back.

Our nations “Capitol” was overtaken by a group with nothing but cell phones. Doesn’t that make you suspicious?

Not really. Makes me wonder why they were there in the first place. Still waiting on that widespread voter fraud BS.

Not sure what Chauvin was thinking, so I don't know. Honestly, I can't tell you what the capitol police officer was thinking, but if he was protecting those he was sworn to protect, may not have been murder.
There were swat all around her and were not in the least bit worried about her as a threat. You can tell that by the video. She wasn't a threat at all. He point blanked executed her.

The armored cops weren't exactly doing their jobs. They should have clubbed the guys before they could break the glass, and they should have knocked Babbit on her rear before she could climb through.

However, just because a few cops chose not to do anything doesn't mean the cop that did wasn't justified.

Probably not.

Putting someone in reasonable fear for their own safety.
You can't be serious have you watched the video? She was surrounded by swat team members that were not in the least concerned about their safety. I can't believe you're chosing this hill to die on.

Well you are from Bama so maybe I can understand. She was murdered. I'm sure you're ok with Kyle from Kenosha.
