I’ve got him on ignore until I calm down, so I don’t know the context for your reply, but:
The issue for me is not that it’s a cat. It was a living creature that died in agony, and the human owner of the dog was cool with that. My first dog was hit by a truck and died screaming. I still hear that, 50+ years later.
I don’t care if it’s a cat, a dog (I’ve had both and love them equally), a parakeet, a horse, an iguana:
- it was a living creature that died in agony
- the humans who owned it were probably pretty torn up by this
- the human who owned the attacking animal thought it was great.
Does anyone really think that this is ok?
