It means it was a medical call and the firetrucks (first responders) handed it over to the ambulance personnel.

A guy in the same office as myself watches YouTube videos on his computer and they show up in my library in my history of previously watched on my phone when I go to you tube. And vice versa.

I think I know how that happened I just need to know how to fix it.

I know the Zones dumbest don't know and wouldn't answer if he did, but maybe someone else could help?
