Calling him out on the "break to second" .. Not enough of a move to signal advancement in my opinion. He's 20+ feet from first base. He has no chance to return. Needs more leeway than .5-1 step.
It's sort of impossible to root much for Uggla as long as the Braves' best 2B is standing out in LF watching Uggla butcher 2B because Uggla's ego is too big to move to the outfield. He's bad.
